Non-Standard Television (Pay-TV)

The Non-Standard Agreement covers videotape programs initially aired on pay television. This can mean programs produced for subscriber channels on cable such as HBO, Showtime and Cinemax, or it can cover pay-per-view specials. Dramatic and non-dramatic television films, whether series or stand-alone projects like movies of the week, generally are covered by the Television Film Agreement, even if they first air on pay television.
